Stella McCartney is back with more cartoons since her last fall ad campaign, This time done by British artist Barry Reigate,he doodled balloon letters, top hats, and clown shoes hanging off McCartney's logo. Stella said the goal was “something direct and simple, using Natalia Vodianova and key collection pieces, contrasted by humor and a human touch in the treatment of the logo.”. I think they did a great job from Natalia Vodianova's make-up to the logo and the beautiful clothes.
Today, Anna Dello Russo offered a peek at the campaign for her first fragrance, Beyond, shot by Giampaolo Sgura. The scent, which Dello Russo says will smell of vanilla and almonds and come in a golden shoe, will be available for the holidays. Of the impetus for the fragrance, Dello Russo blogged: "Ronnie [Cooke Newhouse] defined me as an insider reality fashion star and so I thought, now is the time to do a fragrance." I loved the bottle, I just hope the smell is as pretty as the bottle! can't wait for it!
Hi everyone! I know it's been a while since I last posted, sorry! :p I'm trying to take kind of a vacation form my blackberry and bbm-ing all the time :S also from the internet, I planned to do that for a week or two. I turned off my blackberry and I'm using another phone right now, I don't know how long I'm gonna keep it that way, but obviously I couldn't stop myself from going on the internet! only for an hour though (as I promised myself, let's just hope that I could keep that promise), during my so called "vacation" I had plenty of time on my hands so, I worked out and did myself a little home spa, went swimming, watched classic movies, spent time with my family, went out to see my friends, got a facial, painted my room lavender purple (just like the blogs background color :p) and I loved it! I loved having "me time" it was so relaxing and refreshing, I think all of you should try it, I don't know exactly when am I going to turn on my bb, I kinda miss it though, but so far I don't think I'll get back to it just yet!
I wanted to share this with you girls, I did this via polyvore , its my best work so far :$ haha hope you like it
Italian artist Maurizio Cattelan is best known for his subversive, hyper-realistic sculptures. For W's Art Issue, he conceived a poltically and religiously charged portfolio featuring supermodel Linda Evangelista, "she's a still actress" says Cattelan of Evangilista, "at the end, she was so tuned-in that all she needed were a couple of words and she knew what we wanted". They did so beautifully. I loved the shoot, so artistic and creative!
